    • Can I add another Coolest to my order?

      Unfortunately we can’t add additional units to your existing Kickstarter pledge. While we’re absolutely thrilled you'd like more Coolests in your life, our primary focus is making sure we can send each backer their first Coolest as soon as possible. However, if you’d like to reserve another Coolest from our second production run, you should sign up on our Coolest waitlist as soon as possible. We’ll only have limited quantities available for 2015, and they’re disappearing fast! Just pop over to the pre-order page and register your email address there.

    • When will my Coolest arrive?

      We are working with our logistical partners to determine the most efficient way of delivering 62,000+ Coolest Coolers around the world. We expect to begin shipping in July 2015 and will get everyone their Coolest as soon as possible! You can keep a birds-eye view of all of our production progress at the countdown page

    • Can I pay for shipping charges or add-ons with a different credit card than my original Kickstarter pledge?

      Sure! Your add-ons via the backer survey are managed separately from your original Kickstarter pledge, so you’re welcome to use any card you like. We’ll consolidate your original order together with any new add-ons and make sure they all ship together.

    • How long will the battery last? Should I get an extra one?

      The Coolest battery will run long enough for six gallons of blended drinks - exact timing depends on how thirsty you are! The removable, rechargeable battery pops out of the left lid of the Coolest and recharges on its included docking station via any standard wall socket.

    • How long do I have to respond to the survey?

      If your order includes SWAG, you will want to make sure your survey is complete by February 13th so you'll be included in our next production run. Otherwise, we will be locking in final orders this Spring so the sooner you complete your survey the better!

    • Why do I have to pay extra for shipping?

      Our Kickstarter campaign stated that shipping should be added to each pledge, but unfortunately that charge was not automatically added during the checkout process. We wish the shipping was less confusing on the Kickstarter page, but everyone who pledged for a Coolest does need to cover their shipping costs.

    • What is the shipping cost of my 10-Coolest Bulk Package?

      $150. The shipping cost for bulk orders is a multiple of the already-discounted $15/unit shipping rate, so $150 for all 10 units. You can ship each Coolest to a separate location if you’d like, or else bundle them to one address only.

      If you’re using a single delivery address, we highly recommend having the Coolest packages sent to a business address - these will take up a lot of space in the garage otherwise! Please be sure to note this commercial delivery address on your PledgeManager survey.

    • What is the shipping cost for APO addresses?

      $15. We may need to follow-up with APO deliveries individually depending on your specific location, but just include the standard $15 for domestic shipping and we’ll get you your Coolest.

    • Can you deliver the 10-Coolest Bulk Package internationally?

      Unfortunately, no. We can only offer bulk packages to US domestic addresses at this time. If you’ve purchased the bulk option with hopes of shipping internationally, please contact us directly at support@coolest.com for refund information.

    • I live close to Portland, can I pick up my Coolest in person?

      No. At this scale we’ll be working with a full-service logistics and fulfillment partner to get everyone their Coolest coolers. It's possible that final assembly and warehousing won't actually be located in Portland, so for simplicity’s sake we will be shipping directly to each of our wonderful backers.

    • I’ve changed my mind. How do I cancel my pledge?

      Please make sure your survey is complete and then reach out to our team at support@coolest.com to get a prompt refund.

    • Can I change the card of my original Kickstarter pledge?

      No. Unfortunately, after Amazon Payments has processed your card information then we cannot change it ourselves. We can refund your original payment if you’d like, but that will remove you from our backer list and reduce your ability to get a Coolest delivered in 2015. Please contact our Coolest Support Team directly for any questions at support@coolest.com.

    • Can you customize my Coolest color or add a monogram or logo?

      Not at this time. This is something we’d love to do for the future production runs, but we won’t be able to offer any customization options at this time. But we do have three colors to choose from, so hopefully one of those fits your wish list!

    • What t-shirt size options are available?

      We’re offering men’s and women’s t-shirt sizing from M S-2XL and W S-XL. Unfortunately we’re not able to offer additional sizes at this time.

    • How do I update my shipping address?

      PledgeManager allows you to update your shipping address until the project is locked for shipping. To update your address, login to PledgeManager and click on the project, and follow the prompts to unlock your order and/or change your address.

    • I completed the survey/order but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

      Most projects include rewards that have not yet been manufactured. PledgeManager assists projects with efficiently gathering the data required to make the correct number of reward components in the right sizes, colors and/or quantities. For more information about the delivery status of your order, please check the project's Kickstarter/Indiegogo page.

    • I don't remember if I completed my survey/order or what shipping address I entered. How can I check?

      Login to PledgeManager. From your my PledgeManager dashboard, you will be able to see what you ordered and where you have it being delivered for each project.

    • Can I get multiple copies of a reward?

      Reward limits are set individually for each project. If multiple copies of a reward are available, they will be listed as an item on the add-ons page.

    • I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey/order?

      The most common reasons that you didn't receive receive an invitation email is spam filtering and checking the wrong email account.

      Please confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter/Indiegogo/etc account then check your spam / junk / promotions folders. You can also search for "pledgemanager".

      To resend yourself the invite, visit the account recovery page and use the Forgot Password link and the email address associated with your Kickstarter/Indiegogo/etc account.

    • I forgot my password.

      No worries! The Support Gnomes can fix you right up. Just head over to the account recovery page and just provide your email address and they can send you a reset link.

    • My original invite link isn't working.

      The invite that you originally received has a one-time use code. Not to worry! You can head over to the self service page, click on the "send me a new invite" link, and just provide your email address and you'll get a shiny new one in short order!

    • How do I add more items?

      If your project has not yet been locked for fulfillment, you can add more items simply by logging into PledgeManager, unlocking your order, placing additional items in your cart and going through the check-out process for the new items.

    • How do I remove items from my cart?

      If you haven't yet confirmed your order, you may remove items by clicking on the cart symbol in the upper right corner and selecting the X for the items you'd like to remove. Items with a lock symbol are part of your actual reward and cannot be removed from your cart.

      Your PledgeManager account uses the same email address associated with your Kickstarter account. Please confirm that you are logging in with the correct email address.
